India's Ministry of Home Affairs is actively constructing a technology-driven command-and-control system to bolster land border security. According to a senior government official, the advanced network will seamlessly integrate live surveillance data from various field sensors, thermal imaging systems, and radar installations. The infrastructure will link forward military positions directly to regional centers and the central command in New Delhi. This defense modernization initiative aims to provide real-time situational awareness, allowing border forces to counter infiltration and illegal border crossings. The system will deploy across sensitive sectors to automate threat detection and optimize troop deployment through advanced algorithmic data analysis.
