Who owns and governs PublicSlate.
PublicSlate is operated as a non-profit, public-interest newsroom / editorial group. It is not a listed commercial media company and is not run to maximise shareholder profit.
Editorial control rests with the newsroom and editorial board. Day-to-day publishing decisions are independent of any commercial parent.

Formal charity or Section 8 / trust registration details will be published here when filed. Until then, treat PublicSlate as an independent non-profit public-interest organisation in purpose and practice.
